Welcome Y’all to Studio 457 located at 582 Fisher Street, Shop #3 in Matagorda, Texas!

After teaching Yoga on Matagorda Beach, in clients homes & at the local school gym since December 2019 for Matagorda Adventure Company & then later as Yoga Outside, Christy finally found our home at the Poco Playa Shops in May 2023. Our space features weekly Yoga, HIIT, Chair Yoga, Pilates & Cardio classes suitable for most fitness levels. The studio also proudly displays & sells artwork from coastal Texas artisans.

Our easy to follow Yoga instruction is in plain English with lots of options for beginners & experienced practitioners making the benefits of yoga accessible to most everybody & every body type.

Benefits of a regular Yoga Practice Include:
