Weekly Private Instruction

Develop a regular Yoga practice with Christy as your guide. Exclusively in Matagorda, Christy can work with you to outline your fitness objectives & create a custom plan to achieve your ideal fitness in mind & body.

Private yoga instruction is available at our studio on Fisher Street, your home/rental in Matagorda, your pool or the beach. Sessions can be scheduled for 30 minutes, 45 minutes or a full hour session. Discounts available for multiple sessions.
